MSG is growing, and we're looking for a Civil Engineer who wants to be in the room where projects actually come together — not just watching from the hallway. You'll work alongside senior staff, licensed engineers, and fellow junior engineers on commercial, residential, industrial, energy, and water/wastewater projects across the Midwest. the next, coordinating with five different disciplines to keep a project on track. Employment Type: Full Time

Team up with senior staff and licensed engineers to design and prepare plans for a wide range of commercial, residential, industrial, energy, water/wastewater, and community projects

Coordinate across MSG's many specialties — Surveying, Geotechnical, Structural, Site Construction, and more — because good projects are never a solo act

Get involved early: feasibility documents, due diligence reports, zoning studies, stormwater modeling and design, cost estimates, and detailed design plans

Get out of the office occasionally for day-travel and fieldwork (planned in advance, no surprises)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 1–5 years of related experience relevant to Civil Site Design
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. Health insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, Life
