Our cooks maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently, safeguard company assets, clean food preparation equipment and work area, and organize, load and unload inventory, and put merchandise away. Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts. Grill Cook tasks may include, ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station. In addition to preparing grilled foods, a grill cook may also fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as part of their duties. They may also cut or carve meat, assemble measure, and mix other ingredients for dishes.
Follows and maintains food safety, HACCP process
Daily communication with upper management
Monitoring quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
Ability to speak and read English (second language is a plus). Ability to communicate effectively with external customers required.
