Urgent School BCBA Vacancy

Job Description A unique opportunity awaits a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to make a significant impact in a school setting serving 6th-12th grade students. This contract position is available immediately and extends through the end of the school year, with possibilities for renewal or a permanent role. The site partners closely with a larger district in a non-traditional, retail-style facility, emphasizing support and teamwork over isolation.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives on complex challenges. With many students paired 2:1 with paraeducators or RBTs, and additional aides on staff, the environment offers both resources and an immediate need for expert leadership.
Active BCBA certification required (not open to RBTs seeking unrestricted hours).
Provide ongoing coaching and support to RBTs and educational staff to ensure best practices.
Advocate for a continuum of supports that address both behavioral and academic needs.
Foster team communication and creative problem-solving.
