Schedule: Must be available every Saturday and Sunday Full Days. Would consider Every Saturday and Sunday plus 3 weekdays.

Utilize your outstanding clinical skills as you complete the initial assessment of patients to determine home care needs including:
Dedicated resources assist with time consuming administrative tasks
Flexible work schedules: We have multiple tiers for RNs including Admission Nurses, RNI, RNII, RNII as well as clinical leadership and support opportunities.
Helpful software and communication tools
Mileage/Vehicle Reimbursement
Generous PTO, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, etc
Competitive compensation with achievable incentive bonus program
Current and unrestricted CA RN license
Experience conducting assessments and Start of Care (SOC) - OASIS is highly desired
High level of clinical knowledge in home health care is highly preferred
Case Management fundamentals is highly desired
Proficiencies initiating intravenous (IV) therapy is a plus
