Recruiter Base + Commission (Uncapped Earnings, Remote)
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants a clear path to higher earnings. You'll start with a guaranteed training base for 90 days while you learn our system and prove results. Training Base (First 90 Days): $2,000/month

• Base After Training: $2,500/$3,000/month (based on performance)
• 10% of profit for first 5 contractors
• 12.5% for contractors 6-10
• 15% for 11+ contractors
• Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach

Submit a minimum of 10 quality candidates weekly to active job orders
Drive candidates through the pipeline: target 5 interviews scheduled per week with Clients
Achieve 2-3 confirmed hires per week (with training and support in first 90 days)
Manage contractors on assignment, including check-ins and updates
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required we provide training
