Maintaining Patient Treatment log and Inventory Control Logs
Patient Supervision during Administration
Patient Monitoring and vital signs assessment during treatment
Meticulous and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with treatment planning and patient support.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned to support behavioral health programs.

Active NJ LPN license
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience’ psychiatry or behavioral health strongly preferred.
