By supporting our clinicians with the tools resources and time they need we ensure the focus remains on creating lasting impacts for every child and family we serve.
Thats why we offer a low caseload of just six (6) clients allowing you to focus on quality carenot productivity quotas. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) youll work alongside Occupational Therapists Speech-Language Pathologists Physical Therapists and Nursing professionals in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field
Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
Passion for providing family-centered evidence-based ABA therapy
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide clinical supervision training and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Speech Therapy Nursing and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
