RN- ICU - Flexible Shifts, Same-Day Pay

Role Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments to deliver comprehensive care in line with standards and values.
Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care across various departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health. Flexibly pick up day or night shifts, with no weekend or holiday requirements, and respond to last-minute scheduling needs.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license. One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg, two years for specialty areas. Preferred BSN degree and Epic experience. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS depending on the department.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand, walk, and perform various physical motions required for patient care.
