Server - Part Time Lunch and Dinner shifts

The Opportunity
Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and a tradition of exceptional member experiences.
We are seeking a Banquet Server who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a refined, member-focused environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, service-driven team.
Position Details
Status: Part-Time | Year Around
Schedule: Schedule based on club events and operations including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 + gratuity pool share
What You'll Do

Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during banquet events to create a memorable experience for members and guests.
Execute service standards with accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality across a variety of events.
Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown while following Banquet Event Orders and department standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all event spaces.
Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Previous hospitality or banquet service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for service.
