Corporate Venture Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Resource Attorney for its Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice in Phoenix, AZ. Create and maintain precedent collections, forms, and other practice content.

Communicate relevant legal and market developments promptly.

Analyze market trends and optimize the firm's experience database.

Enhance collaboration across attorneys and offices using communication tools.

Design and deliver training programs for internal and client-facing purposes.

Draft client alerts and practice updates related to EGVC developments.

Requirements Prior experience as a Corporate attorney, ideally with Emerging Growth or Venture Capital experience.

Deep understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs in a corporate practice.

Advanced legal drafting, research, and content development skills.

Strong project management skills and process improvement capabilities.

Familiarity with legal technologies, including document automation and AI tools.

Admission to practice in the state of office location

Ability to produce timely, accurate, and quality work products.
