Position Summary
The Center for Global Learning & Engagement (CGLE) is seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead content creation and day‑to‑day management of CGLE’s digital platforms. This role is ideal for students passionate about storytelling, media creation, and campus engagement who want hands‑on experience building CGLE’s digital presence and connecting with our international students.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred 1 year of experience in digital content creation and social media account management

Major in Graphic Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field

Advanced experience with photo and editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)

Basic photography and videography skills

Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create and manage content across all CGLE’s digital media accounts (Facebook, Instragram, Cubconnect, LinkTree, Youtube, Smores).

Develop engaging, student‑centered content that highlights the international student experience.

Manage a monthly social media calendar to consistently maintain posting schedules for approved digital content.

Collaborate with CGLE staff to promote various initiatives, programs, and student experiences.

Capture photo and video content at CGLE‑sponsored events.

Edit and produce high‑quality social media content (graphics, reels, short‑form video, etc.)

Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to increase reach, interaction, and student involvement.

Help maintain a consistent and engaging voice across all platforms.

Other duties as assigned.
