As a Hybrid BCBA with Autism 360, you'll provide clinical leadership while helping learners, families, and team members thrive.
Develop, monitor, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs

• Conduct clinical supervision and ongoing treatment review
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
• Collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress beyond the clinic
• Complete treatment planning, documentation, data review, and communication within required timelines
• Partner with fellow clinicians and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principles
• Being a BCBA is about more than hitting a billable number.
