Beverage Manager, the Model Server is responsible for serving and expediting guests’ drinks, promoting the lounge, acting as a brand ambassador, entertaining and interacting with clientele, and ensuring the highest levels of guest service. Sales ability: focus and sell designed products as selected by management (menu signature drinks, specials, holiday beverages or drinks, wines as selected by management, and other products featured by Marketing).
