Security Professional - Retail Patrol

As a Security Officer Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Saturday 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

Sunday 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with management and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and completing required reports in a timely manner.

Have 5 or more years of security‑related experience.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
