Ooble is a design studio working at the intersection of Web3 and AI. We build the visual identity of the next generation of protocols, branding, product UI, and motion for teams that care about craft. We're a lean senior team (~10 people), intentionally small and quality-obsessed. Now we're ready to build the outbound presence and content engine to match the work we ship.
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own our lead engine, content presence, and inbound pipeline. Design and execute strategies to generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads
Build and activate networks across AI, crypto, and startup ecosystems
Continuously refine strategy and targeting for higher-quality pipeline
Content & Positioning

Own Ooble's case studies, X presence, and brand content
Set up and maintain basic CRM and pipeline tracking
Improve funnel performance across lead quality, conversion, and velocity
4+ years across growth, business development, sales, or marketing
~ You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just content
You enjoy selling, building relationships, and closing loops
You're looking for a pure content or social media role
Commission: flat 5% on the first month value of every retainer or project you source and help convert
3-month rolling contract to start
