Job Description This schedule for this position will be Monday through Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Moosic, Pennsylvania. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our company, creating a positive and professional impression for all patients. In this role, you will efficiently manage front desk operations while providing administrative support and demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer service.

Screen and answer incoming calls, assisting patients over the phone

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner

Maintain office supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations

Provide administrative support to various departments and team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times, maintain a clean clinic involving laundry, floor cleaning, dusting etc.

Utilize scheduling software and electronic medical record systems to assist in scheduling of patients and with patient's chart information

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years of reception, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software

Experience with multi-line phone systems and visitor management systems

Professional appearance, demeanor, and telephone etiquette

Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting others

Flexible and adaptable with a collaborative approach to teamwork
