Nurse (Health Care)

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct nursing care to patients outside the hospital setting across diverse age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The nurse will coordinate home healthcare activities, develop personalized care plans, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and environmental needs; supervise ancillary staff; report changes in patient status; modify care plans as needed; ensure adherence to safety policies; foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members; and promote patient safety by identifying and addressing environmental risks and medical errors.

Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program with at least one year of related experience. Required credentials include CPR/BLS certification and RN licensure in NM or reciprocal agreement. The role demands strong patient assessment, care coordination, communication, and safety awareness skills. Physical work is primarily sedentary, involving minimal exertion and a safe, low-risk environment.
