Clinical Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join a dynamic healthcare team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting patients and families through every stage of care using evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and strong collaboration skills. Pay: $80.00 -$85.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Any 3 days)

Shifts: 3x12s Days

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

High School Diploma

Active California RN License (CA-RN)

Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience providing direct patient care in an acute care or hospital setting

Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, patient assessment, and care planning

Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Mobilizes the patient's strengths and abilities towards participation in recovery and control over plan of care.

Obtains accurate and relevant assessment data and interprets the data as normal vs abnormal.

Determines nursing diagnosis.

Monitors and evaluates data as frequently as needed based on stability.

Collaborates with the patient, family and members of health care team to develop an individualized plan of care.

Implements nursing and medical interventions safely.

Teaches needed information for self-care and illness prevention.

Adjusts information and expectations based on responses from patient, developmental levels, physiological and psychological condition, and cultural variations.

Identifies the need for and activates emergency protocols.

Monitors own practices and assists in monitoring others for practices related to patient and employee safety and compliance to standards and policies.

Looks for opportunities for continual improvement in patient care and the work environment.

Integrates multiple requests and work expectations by setting priorities, delegating tasks appropriately, and seeking assistance as needed.

Contributes to team building through participation in unit programs and meetings; Contributes to the knowledge and skill of other members of the nursing staff through one or more activities such as formal or informal teaching, participation on Shared Governance groups, professional publications and/or presentations.

Attains knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice.

Evaluates own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules and regulations.
