Job Description The Line Chef plays a vital role in executing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, primarily focusing on American and seasonal regional cuisine. Working within a medium-sized team, the Line Chef is responsible for managing their station independently while collaborating closely with other chefs. This position includes rotating through stations, assisting teammates, and leading junior cooks to maintain exceptional kitchen standards during fixed and rotating shifts.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure cleanliness of stations
Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service
Execute seasonal and regional menu items including wine pairing dinners
Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary arts

Culinary Arts Certificate or Diploma
Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation practices
