Carpenter For Night Work

Job Description In need of a Carpenter to work on small to large-scale residential renovation projects, ranging from kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole home remodels. Compensation from $30.00 up to $40.00 per hour for experienced applicants.
Rough carpentry, including floor, wall, and ceiling framing as well as subfloor repairs/replacement
Deck and porch construction
Finish carpentry, including doors, trim, windows, and cabinetry
Demolition, including walls, drywall, tile, flooring, and cabinetry
Ability to coordinate with other building trades
Work well with other team members and contractors on job sites
Hanging and/or finishing drywall
Flooring
Concrete work including flat work and foundations
Exterior framing (additions, infills, etc.)
Roofing
Windows
Minor Electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
Minor Plumbing
There will be opportunities for year-end bonuses.
