The goal is to quickly find and place qualified candidates while providing a positive experience for both the client company and potential employees.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Outreach: Identify and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional events, and community outreach.Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Client & Hiring Manager Liaison: Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, and staffing needs.Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.Process Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensure legal compliance, and prepare reports on recruitment progress.Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.RequirementsPrevious Recruiting experience requiredOrganizational Skills: To effectively manage multiple recruitment processes and maintain detailed records.Interpersonal Skills: To build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and hiring managers.Communication Skills: For writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and preparing reports.Strategic Thinking: To develop effective recruitment strategies for different roles and industries.Technical Proficiency: With applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, and other recruitment platforms.
