Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN-OR) travel assignment in San Luis Obispo, CA. Weekly pay range $547-$568 per week; Shift: Day shifts with a rotating schedule; Assignment is at a short-term acute care hospital offering a full range of surgical services, including ortho, neuro, and trauma care.

Weekly pay: $547-$568 per week

- Contract duration: Shift: Day shifts with rotation; Short-term acute care hospital OR service

Circulate in the operating room and coordinate flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during procedures

• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers with intraoperative needs and instrument handling
• Prepare patients for surgery, including safe positioning and preoperative safety checks
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials
• Document perioperative care, patient status, and intraoperative events in the medical record using EPIC

Current RN license in the state of practice (California)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent full-time operating room experience; orthopedics, neurosurgery, and trauma exposure preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment with rotating shifts and call coverage (at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule)
