Waldoch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines and support functions.

This role serves as the senior operational leader responsible for ensuring production schedules, quality standards, safety initiatives, labor efficiency, and customer commitments are achieved. The Operations Manager will oversee production leadership teams while partnering closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Lead daily operations across multiple production lines and manufacturing support functions

Manage and develop production supervisors, lead technicians, and manufacturing team leaders

Drive on-time delivery, quality, safety, and labor-efficiency performance

Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer commitments

Partner with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow

Monitor KPIs, labor performance, and production metrics to drive continuous improvement

Lead employee coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives

Deliver customer orders on time and to specification

Reduce quality issues and rework

Proactively identify and resolve production risks before they impact delivery timelines

Build strong relationships across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain

Lead high-performing teams focused on accountability and continuous improvement

5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment

Proven ability to manage an organization of 25-30 individuals

Proven experience leading supervisors, leads, technicians, or hourly production teams

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, operational planning, and KPI management

Demonstrated success driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining production commitments

Experience in automotive manufacturing, vehicle upfitting, specialty vehicle manufacturing, truck manufacturing, RV/camper manufacturing, powersports, heavy equipment, or similar technical manufacturing environments

Background leading manufacturing operations involving customized or build-to-order products

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, OSHA, or related operational excellence training/certifications

Technical or mechanical background with the ability to effectively support and lead production teams
