Weekend Matron

Optum

Optum House Calls is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other health plan members. This is a non-prescribing, field-based role focused on preventive care, identifying care gaps, and coordinating with primary care providers.

You will work with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, no on-call, weekends, or holidays.
