What's your day like?
As a Caregiver at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you'll start your day by assisting residents with their daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being. You'll help with personal care tasks, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties, all while creating meaningful connections with those in your care. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and clean environment, responding to residents' needs promptly, and being a supportive presence in their lives.
You'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and making each day brighter for them.
What you need to be successful

To excel as a Caregiver at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
Basic computer skills are a must, as you'll need to navigate digital systems to access resident information and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear and compassionate communication with residents, their families, and your team members.
Your ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and demonstrate empathy and patience will all contribute to your success in this rewarding role.
