Telemetry Hospital RN

Supplemental Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse Telemetry to deliver high-quality cardiac monitoring and acute care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will manage continuous ECG/telemetry monitoring, administer medications and IV therapies, and respond quickly to rhythm changes and emergencies. Responsibilities include assessment, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. RNs will educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and uphold evidence-based, patient-centered care while benefiting from a mission-driven, growth-focused culture.
