We are looking for clinicians who enjoys building relationships with their
patients and excel in collaborative, patient centered environments. Las Vegas clinic, lead by our Associate Medical Director.

You will provide comprehensive, primary care to our older adult population.

You will manage patient care, including both acute and chronic care management,
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Nevada

Experience with Electronic Medical Records

2 years of Primary Care Experience
