Morton Dental Group, a fast-growing, privately owned dental organization in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join its practices supporting locations in Lawrenceburg and Lewisburg, Tennessee, with an on‑site role based in Huntsville, Alabama. Founded in 2022, the group is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while combining private practice autonomy with the support of a larger organization.
This role offers a full patient schedule from day one, with offices booked six months in advance. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, while ensuring a high standard of patient experience and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures
Conduct routine procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Provide endodontic and minor surgical treatments if qualified
Educate patients on oral health and post‑treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with dental staff to support efficient clinical operations
Stay current with dental technologies and best practices
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of Alabama
Strong clinical skills in general and cosmetic dentistry
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Production-based compensation model: 30% of adjusted production
- Minimum earning potential of $350,000+
