Job Summary and Qualifications Summary: The Wound/Ostomy Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for development, coordination, and monitoring of the hospital’s Wound/Ostomy Program. The Wound/Ostomy Nurse establishes standards of care and clinical competencies to meet patient needs, and staff training to ensure clinical expertise The Wound/Ostomy Nurse works collaboratively with the medical staff, and provides education to patients, caregivers, and staff on wound, ostomy, and continence care Qualifications: Valid California RN license Current BCLS certification WOCN or Wound Certification Graduate from an accredited school of nursing BSN, MSN Preferred Minimum of 1-2 years acute care hospital experience in area of specialty Benefits Riverside Community Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
