Family Medicine Physician – Texas
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, one afternoon off per week and paid time off. Call duty shared on a rotating basis with other physicians. Highly flexible schedule; Provide comprehensive outpatient care: diagnose and treat patients of all ages in a clinic setting.
Continue inpatient follow‑up care for patients admitted to the hospital as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate patient care.
Deliver preventive medicine services: wellness checks, screenings, chronic disease management.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
