Restaurant Servers Part Time Morning Service

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service to residents in our Skilled Nursing community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.
Part-Time
Morning Shift
Every Weekend 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Server Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Skilled Nursing dining room
Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room
Work closely with the Culinary and Nursing teams to meet resident dining needs
Follow food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation procedures
Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care
Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Enjoys serving others and creating meaningful connections with residents
Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
Wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older adults every day
