LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, and goal-driven, individual to join the team as a Phlebotomist in Lecanto, FL .

**We are currently seeking qualified CDL drivers to join our team!**

CDL bonus program

Bonus program for collections

Perform phlebotomies and collect blood from donors according to LifeSouth Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Register donors for blood collection in the LifeSouth computer system (IBBIS)

Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers

High school diploma or GED

Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Previous customer service experience preferred

CDL holders preferred; LifeSouth is a non-profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
