Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated hourly base pay: $18.27 - $25.00. Plus, overtime and shift premium.

If you're aexperienced Security Guard, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

** Schedule: 3rd shift with non-standard days off. Days off will be either Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday, depending on assignment.

Key Responsibilities Patrol Assigned Areas: Regularly patrol designated locations to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.

Monitor Security Systems: Operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security incidents.

Report Incidents: Accurately document and communicate any security breaches or suspicious activities to supervisors.

Enforce Security Policies: Apply company security procedures consistently to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Provide Visitor Assistance: Assist and guide employees and visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring proper access protocols are followed.

Key Skills Surveillance Techniques: Ability to monitor and observe activities effectively.

Access Control: Proficient in managing entry and exit points according to procedures.

Incident Reporting: Skilled in documenting and reporting security incidents accurately.

Communication: Clear verbal communication to convey information and instructions.

Physical Fitness: Maintains the physical condition necessary for patrol and security duties.

Emergency Response: Capable of following established protocols during emergencies.

Equipment Operation: Familiarity with security equipment such as cameras and alarms.

Attention to Detail: Observant in identifying unusual activities or potential threats.

Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members under supervision.

Customer Service: Provides courteous assistance to visitors and staff while enforcing rules.
