We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventive screenings, wellness care, treatment planning, medication management, patient assessment, and diagnosis.

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, including preventive screenings and wellness care.

Manage chronic diseases, promoting health and wellness through patient education and counseling.

Ensure the highest level of patient care and continuity, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of clinical practices and patient outcomes.

Collaborate in a team-based care setting, working closely with nurses, physician assistants, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Efficiently manage time in a busy outpatient setting, ensuring all patients receive adequate attention and care.

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Bilingual is a requirement

Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician.

Proficient in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and outpatient medicine.

Excellent patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.

Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Demonstrated success in working within a team-based care setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish.

Experience in population health and care coordination.

Commitment to healthcare quality improvement.
