Job Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and counters.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations to prevent contamination and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food service tasks as needed, such as clearing tables or restocking supplies.
Handle and dispose of waste materials properly and assist with recycling efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:

Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand cleaning instructions and safety guidelines.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely, typically up to 50 pounds.
Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Prior experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Willingness to follow strict sanitation and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
