We are seeking a 3–5 year Litigation Associate to join our growing Insurance Defense practice.
This attorney will independently manage defense litigation matters involving general liability, third-party insurance defense, and premises liability, while working alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex cases.
The role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to serve as first chair at trial.
Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial
Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment
Serve as first chair at jury trials and evidentiary hearings
Attend site inspections and in-person depositions as needed
Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Manage high-volume litigation files in Florida state courts
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
3–5+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
Strong motion practice and courtroom advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
