LPN - Urgent Care (Part Time)

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Location: Coventry, Rhode Island
Pay Rate: $29 - $30 per hour
Employment Types: Full-Time and Part-Time
Job Overview Provide DocGo services by monitoring, assessing, and delivering directed treatment for adult and pediatric patients at home, using clinical protocols and remote telemedicine support.
Responsibilities Act as a conduit for medical treatment of health plan partnership patients.
Engage patients in conversations related to health, well‑being, medication management, and goals of care.
Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses.
Maintain patient medical records and documentation via HealthPoint and Athena EMR, consistent with state regulations and DocGo standards.
Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.
Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion, leading a patient‑centered approach.
Participate in continuing education per state requirements and DocGo training.
Perform other related duties as deemed necessary.
Qualifications Current unrestricted Rhode Island State LPN license.
Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and acceptable driving record.
Active and current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Phlebotomy experience.
Minimum of two years of experience as an LPN.
Ability to lift 50‑60 lbs.
Experience in emergency/urgent care, internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or related areas preferred.
Clinical work experience with pediatrics preferred.
Fluent bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
