The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the efficient receiving, shipping, stocking, and organization of parts inventory. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment, and assists with warranty and inventory-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse, parts, or inventory experience required
Computer and inventory system experience preferred
Receive, stock, organize, and ship parts inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
Assist with inventory counts, audits, and warranty-related activities
Use inventory management systems and computers to track parts
Support daily warehouse operations while maintaining safety and efficiency standards
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, and climb onto equipment as needed
Use hands to grasp tools, parts, and warehouse materials
Perform pushing and pulling motions while working with tools and equipment
