Registered Nurse-Primary Care Weekend Clinic

Vesa Health & Technology is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Primary Care Clinic as a complex care coordinator at the Coast Guard Medical Station in Seattle, WA!

The program seeks to implement a patient and family centered health care delivery for primary care that is team-based, comprehensive, and designed to fully meet the complete primary care health and wellness needs of patients.

The RN complex care coordinator will manage complex care issues with high-risk patients. The RN will track care, coordinate with providers and specialists, and enlist resources needed to serve the patient's needs. Other functions include assisting with training/education and vaccine clinic floating when needed.

The ideal candidate will have recent outpatient clinical, primary care/family practice experience.

Hours:
Day Shift, Monday through Friday. The clinic is closed on weekends and the day of observance of Federal holidays.
