Senior Counsel | Remote

ACT, Inc. is seeking a Director, Contracts and Lead Counsel to oversee the company’s end-to-end contract function and advise senior leadership on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. The role requires a JD, active US bar, and at least seven years of related experience.

The position is 100% remote, based in the United States, with a salary range of $165,000 to $192,000 annually and visa sponsorship not available. You will guide cross-functional teams and shape contract strategy.
