A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing team in either Clearwater or Venice, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, client-focused environment while handling a variety of estate planning and probate matters.
Job and Responsibilities
The Estate Planning & Probate Attorney will advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents. The role involves managing probate and estate administration cases from inception through completion, drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, and providing guidance on asset protection and estate planning strategies. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and court personnel, maintaining accurate case records, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring matters progress efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Estate Planning & Probate experience
Strong drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Estate Planning and Probate is required
Litigation experience is not required
Preference for candidates seeking an in-office work environment
Demonstrated history of professional stability and long-term career commitment
Compensation & Location
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
