$50,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 Annual Performance Bonus + Uncapped Commission

William Charles Search Group is seeking a full-desk recruiter with proven success in third-party recruiting who is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a true 360/full-desk recruiting role , where you'll be responsible for both client development and executive recruiting.

Developing new client relationships through business development and networking
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Recruiting and placing senior-level professionals across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations
Conducting intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs
Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates
Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR Recruiter to drive business and identify talent
Collaborating with leadership on recruiting strategy and business growth

Proven success in third-party (agency) recruiting
Experience managing a full desk, including both recruiting and business development
A track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or revenue goals
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
