Overnight Baker – The Salty Donut
Join a chef‑driven, craft donut shop where quality, creativity, and teamwork fuel everything we do. Our Overnight Bakers set the pace for the entire day — cutting, proofing, and frying fresh dough that becomes the donuts our guests obsess over.
Cut, proof, and fry multiple dough types to company standards
Follow daily production numbers with accuracy
Identify quality issues before and after frying
Track counts throughout the shift to ensure accuracy
Communicate with kitchen leads on quality + production
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
Weekend/holiday availability
