Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full‑Time | Direct Hire | Michigan

Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the state of Michigan
Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high‑quality service delivery
Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote consistency between home and clinic
Develop client goals and complete all required documentation for insurance reimbursement and client review
Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and emerging methodologies
Perform additional BCBA‑related duties that support clinical excellence and client progress
Work in a modern, well‑equipped clinic
Make a meaningful impact on children and families
