Nurse (Health Care)

The Clinical Research Nurse will work independently to support studies in the
Human Imaging Core and the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging. incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of nursing care for research and
clinical patients who are being evaluated on radiology scanners and/or
Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging.

* Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation to provide safe care to patients within the department of
Radiology and Biomedical Imaging
* Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team including nurses,
technologists, physicians, scientists, research coordinators, graduate
students, pharmacists, and lab technicians from within radiology as well as
Carries out established nursing procedures and performs related duties as
protocol implementation, accurate data collection and coordination, and
coordination with other research staff to ensure continuity of care of
Ensures patients are safely screened for radiology procedures including MRI
and Nuclear Medicine scans
