Associate Attorney
Fully Remote
Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience preferred
Founded in 2011, this firm has helped thousands of working-class clients resolve financial and legal challenges with dignity. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful, mission-driven legal work—without the typical pressures of billable hours, business development, or late nights. You'll be provided with a steady caseload, all necessary remote tools, and full support from an experienced legal team.
Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, and tenant rights.
Utilize the firm's Salesforce-based case management system to track matters and client communications.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff.
1–2 years of litigation, negotiation, or related legal experience preferred.
- Experience in consumer law, financial disputes, collections, or personal injury is a plus.
- Looking for a long-term, full-time opportunity.
- Passionate about helping individuals navigate difficult financial situations.
Fully remote work environment.
