What You'll Do
Deliver patient care using the nursing process within regulatory standards
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise team members
Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and institutional policies
Support the goals of the department through professional practice and teamwork
What You Need
~ Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting

Preferred:
Certification in specialty nursing areas
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
Strong communication and organizational skills
