LPN/RN - Rehab Nursing - Nights

Job Summary
$5,000 Sign on Bonus Available (current WDH RN’s NOT eligible)

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients’ clinical decision‑making regarding nursing care, ensuring nursing care is provided safely and competently, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.

Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.

Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.

Qualifications
Education : Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licenses and Credentials : Registered Nurse (RN) State License required; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred; Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.

Experience : Clinical nursing experience 0‑1 year required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Familiarity with practical nursing principles, age‑specific care, confidentiality, medical terminology, verbal and communication skills, and ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
