Administrative Assistant

About the Role: Perform a variety of routine administrative and office support tasks, respond to customer service inquiries and provide administrative support to the assigned organizational function.

Aviation Training Program Management

Training Liaison

Ground Support Equipment Management

Training Records System

Flight Training Oversight

Scheduling and Monitoring

Ability to perform normal administrative functions

Ability to produce formal documents and reports

Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Security Clearance Requirements: Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
