Finance Manager – Financial Systems & Process Improvement Opportunity

I’m partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add a Finance Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of accounting, technology, and process improvement . The ideal candidate will help enhance financial systems, streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and support the continued growth of the organization.

This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to optimize workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure financial systems are supporting the needs of the business.

Manage and improve financial systems, reporting processes, and workflows

Partner with accounting and operational teams to identify process improvements

Support ERP enhancements, system upgrades, integrations, and implementations

Analyze financial data and develop reporting solutions to improve decision-making

Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and operational initiatives

Serve as a key connection point between Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or process improvement

Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial reporting toolsExperience improving processes and implementing technology solutions

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
